Project consultancy: It’s shocking how much organisations waste on projects every year, much of it can be avoided by upskilling teams, creating better processes and tools. I work with organisations to develop practical and disciplined project management practices to increase project performance. Typically combined with project training for employees utilising the newly created custom project documents. These are fun, engaging and practical sessions where people discover a new drive, collaborate with colleagues and set new goals to deliver successful projects and waste less money.
Training is a privilege and a service to others, I’ve spent 20years training and presenting everything from Project Management, Business Management to customer service, coffee-making, and aerobics.
