My experience spans industries including  Information Technology, Infrastructure, Logistics, Mining, Dairy, Hospitality, Fitness and Community Clubs. I specialise in hybrid project delivery, leveraging the best from predictive and agile methodologies to deliver results fast while combining opportunities for innovation, adaption and learning.

With over 25 years in client-facing roles, I place a strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement, clear communication and commercial strategy. I bring solid expertise in project controls and risk management, ensuring all parts of a project are aligned and integrated. Procurement is core part of my work – I’m skilled in developing statements of work, tender documentation and leading evaluation processes.

I am a certified Project Management Professional^® (PMP) and PMI-Agile Certified^® practitioner (PMI-ACP). Alongside project delivery I regularly delivery MBA and Project Certification education across Australasia.

Technology is central to my work. I thrive in the industrial environments where technology supports large-scale operations. I work with industrial control systems and operational technology to enhance large plant, infrastructure and civil works. I focus on selecting the right technology for the environment and users, improving process flow, and collaborating with a wide rate of stakeholders – from civil and structural engineers to technology specialists.

Software system design, implementation and testing are key components of my digital projects. my early interest in technology – sparked by a love of gaming has evolved into a career built on curiosity, problem-solving and practical innovation.
